Micron Electricals has tackled a major issue of designing a good supply chain for the goods that are moved from the OEM vendors by having a sophisticated warehouse from where it is in turn moved to the client’s location at the right time and on need basis. The 30,000 square feet warehouse is split into different sections to store various materials and equipment. There exists another 20,000 square feet of dedicated space which is used as cable yard and to store heavy materials.
We have a defined Standard Operating Procedure for Procurement, Receipt, Storage and Issue of Materials and a process flow chart for the dispatch of materials as well.
The complete technical details and the inward and outward of the materials are maintained by an ERP which in turn helps in efficient tracking of materials, provides a clear projection for further procurement and smoothens the flow of materials.

Micron Electricals has a full-fledged Repair & Service Department to carry out all necessary repairs for the defective hand tools received from various projects and from different cities. We carry an inventory of 1000+ machines at any given time. The repair and servicing work is carried out on a totally equipped worktable duly concealed, wired and measuring 1.25M x 6M with adjustable stools for the technicians to perform their tasks.
The complete storing and stocking of the vital spares for the machines are maintained in the containers and racks which are affixed with the part numbers and description of the items.
On an average our Service and Repair facility is capable of handling and rectifying around 15-20 machines daily and the machines repaired or serviced include hammering machine, jig saw machine, tile cutting machine, cut-off machine, welding machine.
Our commissioning team ensure all the key performance metrics are met. On successful completion of each project – client teams are provided with professional training and supportive documentation.
Quality testing plays a major role in the installation and commissioning of our projects. Our teams are equipped with advanced testing instruments.
Our In House testing team of 100 Engineers are well trained and perform tests as per the IS/IEC standards ensuring user safety and reliable measurements.

Aesthetics in terms of finish and alignment of various services. Technical superiority in terms of using right products meeting the detailed technical specification which are sourced from OEMs.
Quality is achieved both by using latest precision tools & equipment & skilled manpower. Quality Assurance is adhered by using sophisticated instruments such as Laser marking machine to achieve the line and length and provide high quality of installation through accurate alignment. The Hammering machines are provided along with Dust collector to provide a dustproof environment during installation. Our installers are equipped with latest hydraulic crimping tools and also possess battery operated hammering machines and cable cutter. We own many high end testing instruments which is usually outsourced by others.
All the materials received at site will be visually checked for any physical or mechanical damages and for missing or short supply items, the same will be reported to the Office to take necessary action.

The materials received at site will be properly stored and identification tags will be provided before issuing the material for the work. The same will be physically checked and issued.
For all the major equipment supplied by us, necessary factory test certificates, instruction manuals, wherever applicable will be documented and copy of the same along with the final as built drawings will be submitted to the consultants/clients for their records and maintenance.

- We follow safety standards in Scaffolding by using Modular system type or Framed type with standard working platforms and also SCAFF tags are provided i.e. Green tag indicating ‘Safe to Use’ and Red tag indicating ‘Unsafe to Use’.
- Use of safe electrical Hand tools and machines with proper guards.
- Use of ELCBs in temporary Distribution Boards and proper industrial plug and socket at all the supply points.
