Designation            :   Purchase Engineer

Experience             :   2 to 10 years

Qualification         :   Diploma in Electrical/BE electrical

Notice period        :   15 days to immediate joiner

Role                          :

• Making records for having sent the materials to site
• Maintaining material tracker day by day for all projects
• To Prepare monthly reports of the projects
• To handle any type of correspondence independently
• Coordinates and documents internal and external customer requirement. Identifies sources of supply/demand variation
• Identifies problem and maintain priorities for in work process. Communicates across to function to report risk and issues
• Monitor schedule and adjusts inventory balance.
• Conduct source selections, negotiates and document purchase contract/contract changes. Enforces contract terms and conditions
• Maintain relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
• Develop and inform contract and negotiation strategies for indirect procurement.
• Vendor performance and financial health management and capability to deliver product and services
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Evaluate supplier proposal for cost, lead time, quality and risk.
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
• Initiate supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.

Role                          :

Designation : Revit Engineers / Revit Modellers

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Location : Bangalore

Qualification : Diploma in Electrical/BE electrical

Notice period : 30 days to immediate joiner

Role :

• Should have knowledge to prepare Electrical Load sheet, Electrical Distribution Schematics, Earthing Schematics and Transformer yard/Substation Drawings.

• Hands on experience and skills in latest versions of AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360

• Knowledge to design the Building Electrical Services like lighting distribution, power, cable trays, race ways, bus duct routings etc.

• Should have knowledge of NBC(National Building Code) and other Standards of Government as well as Competent authorities

• Capable to co-ordinate the services with other services like HVAC, FPS, ELV & PHE

• Should have knowledge of REVIT Modelling, making of sheets, creating families, asset tagging, panel schedules, quantity schedules

• Should have knowledge to prepare the drawings for CEIG/CEA Submissions for getting sanctions

• BIM Modeller/Engineer should have thorough knowledge in Level of Detailing like LOD 300, 400 & 500

• Willing to visit construction projects across the Country and collecting inputs for preparation of shop drawings

• Should have knowledge for Designing earthing layouts and earthing schematics based on IS: 3043 of latest version

• Should have knowledge to prepare the Project Design briefs and preparing handing over documents and as-built drawings

• Willing to attend inspections in case of client called for an Inspection and clarify the technical specifications to client

• Should have knowledge to understand the Tender BOQ, Technical Specifications for preparing shop drawings

• Willing to attend Design workshops and co-ordinate with PMC Consultants and clients for getting the approvals of Shop drawings for construction work.
